About NotePad Frenzy

By yanenrogne

Hey, YanEnRogne here! I live in Montréal in Canada and I’m studying in multimedia I have a DEC in multimedia (some paper useful in here). I found myself being fond of web programming and I’m currently working a lot with PHP (and also Zend Framework, more recently)!

I currently work as a web programmer and I’m on a great quest to find the Holy Grail!

I’m mainly using Notepad++ for programming (hence the blog name(heresy and SVN brought me to use Dreamweaver too)). It is a personal preference for simplicity and open-sourceness (is that even a word?)

I was planning on using this blog only to talk about programming but I started to write again alot, this blog is also part of the Post-A-Day movement for WordPress improvement so expect many updates and new stories!

Oh yeah, you might notice that my english is a bit flawed, this is due to the fact that my main language is french (my portfolio is also completely french!) but I will try my best to write good entries to make up for it!

I will also participate in NaNoWriMo 2011 and use this blog to post what I am writing, it will be put into a new category called “Litterature”. This blog is becoming bigger!

You can follow me on Twitter and Google Plus!

Update!! Since October 2nd, I’m not the only author to my blog anymore, I had a friend of mine joining in, he will be writing stuff along with me to keep the notepad frenzy alive! His name is Desfel and he has alot to say, please welcome him warmly!

You see, he was going for the Holy Grail. The boys all took a flier at the Holy Grail now and then. It was a several years’ cruise. They always put in the long absence snooping around, in the most conscientious way, though none of them had any idea where the Holy Grail really was, and I don’t think any of them actually expected to find it, or would have known what to do with it if he had run across it.

Good luck with NaNoWriMo, I look forward to reading your posts and hopefully motivating each other to keep going!
